Bright Outlook Recovery, LLC, was founded on November 27th, 2015, by Brad Tolle and Chris Kloeker, along with the support of friends and family. Our goal is providing safe, clean and affordable sober-living homes for recovering alcoholic/addict men and women.

By the end of 2016, Bright Outlook Recovery, LLC, has grown 200%, and touched many individuals and their families.
